The Activities Tab

The Activities tab is reused across many Top Producer 8i areas. The Activity tabs available from each type of record screen in the application (Contact Record screen, Referral Record screen, Listing Record screen, and Closing Record screen) contain only the activities created within and relevant to the particular record in which they are viewable.

A master list of every activity in your 8i system can be viewed from the Activities Summary screen.

	Delete an activity.
	Send a planned email.
	If the email has not yet been sent, this icon allows you to view/edit/send the email. If the email has been sent, this icon allows you to view the email.
	View and print a planned letter, postcard, envelope, or label.
	Mark an activity as "complete".
	Mark an activity as "incomplete".
