Correspondence items (also known as templated activities) are activities that have templates and contacts linked within them. Examples include emails, letters, envelopes, postcards, and labels. At any time and as many times as you would like, you can print the correspondence item. After printing the correspondence item, you can mark the activity as complete. This will remove it from the Activities Summary screen and your My Business portlet on the Dashboard, leaving you with only those activities that you still have left to do.
This flow differs from printing the actual letter/email template (and without contact information merged in) which is done from within the Template Library.
Tip:
Whenever you print a letter, you will be offered the option of printing
either a label or an envelope to accompany the letter. This will save
you the step of having to create an additional activity for the label/envelope.
