Service Reports will be displayed in the Service Reports summary screen according to their scheduled date. You can then perform a "Publish and Send", which performs the following functions:
Generates a PDF version of the Service Report and adds a link to it in the customer web page.
Opens up a Mass Email screen with a link to the published Service Report in the body of the email.
To publish and send a service report:
Open the Service Report screen.
How?
Click the Publish and Send action link.
If you have not already set up your customer web page (which is not mandatory), you can choose to set it up now. Otherwise, skip to step 4.
Or
If you have set up your customer web page, you will see an additional Next button. Click Next to view the Customer Web Pages that you have already set up or can set up for the listing/closing parties. You can set up customer web pages for your clients at this point or proceed with publishing and emailing the Service Report.
Click the Publish & Send button to publish the Service Report to the Web and create the PDF. You can now email the Service Report to the desired recipients.
Tip: If you want to update the customer web pages with a new service report PDF and without also sending out a mass email to the listing or closing parties, simply click the Publish button instead of the Publish & Send button.
