Applying a Service Report Plan

Service Report Plans provide a pre-scheduled set of Service Reports that can be applied to a listing or closing.

To apply a service report plan to a listing or closing:

  1. Open the Service Reports sub-tab. How?triangle.gif

  2. Click the Select Service Reports Plan action link.

  3. Select a Listing (Marketing) or Closing report plan from the drop-down list.

  4. Click the Save button.

    The service report plan is now applied to the listing/closing. At specified intervals the reports will be generated and displayed on the Service Reports summary screen, from which you can choose to preview or publish and send the report.
