Schedule a showing as a listing service. These showings can then be added or excluded from your Listing Service Reports and/or the client’s Customer Web Page. For more information about scheduling service activities, see About Listing and Closing Services.
Note: Showings are services, not activities, and therefore will not appear in your Calendar, the Activities Summary screen, or the My Business portlet on your Dashboard.
To schedule a showing:
Open the Services Activities and Showings
tab. How?
Click the Add Showing action link.
Select an option from the Showing Agent radio buttons:
If you already have the showing agent in your contact database, select the Select from Contacts option and drag and drop the agent from the Contacts Look-up into the Showing Agents section.
If the agent does not already exist in your contact database, select the Create New Showing Agent option and enter the agent's details. To add this showing agent to your contact database, select the Add Showing Agent to Contacts & allow to be emailed check box. If this check box is cleared, the showing agent will not be added to your contact database.
Set a Date and Time for the showing, and specify any Details.
Click the Save Showing button.
The showing is created. The Showing will appear on the listing service report based on the date range set up for each Service Report.
Tip: Your next scheduled showing
is always displayed in the Listings
portlet of the Listings Landing screen.
