Editing or Deleting Service Activities

Service activities are edited from the Services Activities and Showings subtab of the Listing Record and in the Services Activities subtab of the Closing Record.

To delete a service activity:

1. Open the Services Activities [and Showings] tab. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings > [Listings/Closings] Summary.

   2. Click the [listing/closing]'s row to open the record.

   3. Click the Activities tab.

   4. Click the Service Activities [and Showings] sub tab.

2. Click the Delete icon in the activity's row.

3. Confirm the deletion to remove the recorded service activity.

To edit a service activity:

1. Open the Services Activities [and Showings] tab. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Listings > [Listings/Closings] Summary.

   2. Click the [listing/closing]'s row to open the record.

   3. Click the Activities tab.

   4. Click the Service Activities [and Showings] sub tab.

2. Click the name of the service activity you want to edit.

3. Enter the activity details. More Info:

   • Select a Description from the drop-down list, or enter one in the text box. To add a description to the drop-down list for future use, click the Add link and specify a value.

   • Specify the activity's Date, Time, Cost and Details.

   Warning: This information is almost immediately available on your Customer's Web Page, so always take care when entering your Service Activity details.

4. Click the Save Service Activity button.
