Service Activity Reports can be added to Service Report Plans or directly to listings or closings.
For listings or closings, Service Activity Reports are added from the Service Reports subtab of the listing or closing record.
For Service Report Plans, Service Activity Reports are added to a plan which can then be applied to a listing or closing from the Plans Manager. For more information on Service Report Plans, see the "About Service Report Plans" topic.
Two varieties of Service Reports are available: cumulative and periodic. Cumulative reports include every activity performed for the listing based on its listing date, and for the closing based on its acceptance date. Periodic reports include every activity performed for the listing/closing since the last report was generated or can be created based on a date range.
Note: The most common workflow for setting up a Service Activity Report is to define the report's settings in your Listings & Closings settings and schedule a report plan within the listing or closing record. This approach is recommended as each service report in the plan has text specific to the sequence of reports.
