Service activities are recorded in the Services Activities & Showings subtab of the Listing Record and in the Services Activities subtab of the Closing Record. In addition, when you mark a listing or closing activity done, you are offered the option of adding it to the next scheduled service report.
Service activities apply only to listings and closings, and are not available for contact records or property records.
To manually add a service activity:
Open the Services Activities [and Showings] tab.
How?
Click the Add Service Activity action link.
Use the Add Service Activity in-line to enter the activity details.

Click the Save Service Activity button.
If you have a Service Report which has a date range that includes the recently-added Service Activity, it will be immediately viewable in your Service Report.
To record a service activity from an existing listing/closing activity:
Open the Activities tab or the Listing To-Dos or Closing To-Dos screen.
How?
Mark the listing/closing activity as done by clicking the adjacent Mark Done icon.
From the Add Activity to Service Activities dialog box, select whether you want to create a service activity:
Yes & Add Details Now: Marks the activity done, creates a service activity and allows you to record details.
Yes & Add Details Later: Marks the activity done and creates a service activity. However, details, date and cost will have to be added at a later time.
No: Marks the activity done. A service activity will not be created.
If you chose to add the activity to your service activities along with details, you will see another dialog. Fill in the details and click the Done button.
Note: If you had marked done more than one activity, you will have Previous and Next links to navigate between each activity when entering additional service activity details.
