The Activities Summary Screen

The Activities Summary screen is the master list of every activity in your Top Producer 8i system. The screen is accessed from the Calendar area by selecting Calendar > Activities Summary. This screen contains all activities created anywhere in the Top Producer 8i application. The Activity tabs available from record screens elsewhere in the application (Contact Record screen, Listing Record screen, etc.) contain only the activities created within and relevant to the particular record in which they are viewable.

The Activities Summary table can be filtered by defining the activities you want to view. Additionally, you can reduce the amount of time it takes to load the screen by specifying a default date range in your calendar settings.

From the Main Menu bar, select Calendar > Activities Summary.

If the email has not yet been sent, this icon allows you to view/edit/send the email. If the email has been sent, this icon allows you to view the email.

Mark an activity as "complete".
