Activity reports can be generated from the Create Report action link of the Activities Summary screen. Activity Reports for an individual contact can be generated from within the record itself.
There are three types of activity reports you can generate:
A summary report of incomplete activities: This report will include all incomplete activities based on the date range you specify. You can choose to organize the report by Date or Type. See the first procedure below for details on how to generate this type of report.
A report of selected activities: This report allows you to search for and select the activities you want to appear on the report. The activities within this type of report are organized by Date. See the second procedure below for details on how to generate this type of report.
A report of activities for a specific contact: This report will include all outstanding, incomplete activities, as well as all future planned activities for a contact. See the third procedure below for details on how to generate this type of report.
