Accepting or Declining a Team/Group Appointment

When a member of your team sends you a meeting invitation, the invitation will appear as an appointment activity in the My Business portlet and in your Calendar.

Note: The functionality covered here will not be visible unless you are a member of a team.

To accept or decline a team/group appointment:

  1. Open the Calendar Landing screen. How?triangle.gif

  2. Click on the team appointment and within the pop-up, there are buttons with which you can accept or decline the meeting.

    Alternatively, the same buttons are in the Activity Details screen if you were to access the appointment from My Business on the Dashboard or from the Activities Summary screen.

  3. Click the Accept, Decline, or Tentative buttons.

    Your response is sent to the meeting organizer. You can also change your response at a later time.
