The Add/Edit Service Report form contains the fields needed to schedule a service report for a listing or closing. The default values for many of the fields on this screen can be changed from the Listing Service Reports Setup tab or the Closing Service Reports Setup tab.

Service Report Details |
Report Name |
Give the report a useful name. A name that defines its time period (e.g. "2nd Week Report", "4th Week Report") will likely be the most useful, since the Service Reports Landing screen will allow you to sort service reports by address, and you will be sending publishing the reports for people who only have a single property listed with you. |
Schedule this Report |
In the Schedule this report field, define the delay between the listing/closing date and the report generation. The actual date of the generation will be displayed below the field. This is the date upon which the report will appear in the Service Reports Summary screen. |

Can be prepared for any number of listing or closing parties. |

Type |
Select whether you want the report to be periodic (i.e. to only contain the activities performed since the last report) or cumulative (i.e. to contain every activity performed since the creation of the listing/closing). |

You can define any number of paragraphs by clicking the Add link and adding a new title and paragraph in the in-line control. Any changes you make to the paragraph in the text field will automatically be saved as the new content for that particular Body Text entry. |

Include Cash Expenses Total |
Refers to the cash expenses defined in the report's service activities, not any expenses defined in your financial functions. |

The numbers submitted will be used to build a colorful graph that helps illustrate the current state of the market in your listing's/closing's area. |

Service Report Colors |

Fields available: Section Header Color, Divider Color, Primary Font Color, Secondary Font Color. The color palette pop-up will help you choose colors for your reports. Barring that, you can define your colors as hexadecimal values. |
