The Closing Service Reports Tab

The Closing Service Reports subtab is used to determine the default text and content for your Closing service reports. These settings and text can also be changed and edited from the Add Service Report form.

Service Report Text

Services Performed Header

This field provides the title for an introductory paragraph that precedes the list of services that you have performed.

Services Performed Body Text

This field provides the introductory paragraph that precedes the list of services you have performed. You can define any number of paragraphs by clicking the Add link and adding a new title and paragraph in the in-line control. Any changes you make to the paragraph in the text field will automatically be saved as the new content for that particular Body Text entry.

Summary Remarks Header

This field provides the title for the closing paragraph of the service report.

Summary Remarks Body Text

This field provides the closing paragraph for your service report. You can define any number of paragraphs by clicking the Add link and adding a new title and paragraph in the in-line control. Any changes you make to the paragraph in the text field will automatically be saved as the new content for that particular Body Text entry.

Or Comments Header

By default, this field provides the title for the "Questions" section of the service report, which you can use to urge the contact to call you with any questions or concerns.

 

Other Comments  Body Text

By default, this field provides the text for your "questions" section, which you can use to urge the contact to call you with any questions or concerns.

Report Content

Include Property Photo

If Yes, the default photo used will be the default front view of the property. This can be changed from the Add Service Report form.

Include Showing Agent Name

If Yes, the "Showing Agent" defined in any showings you have performed for the listing will be displayed.

Include Cash Expenses Total

Refers to the cash expenses defined in the report's service activities, not any expenses defined in your financial functions.

Service Report Footer

 

Fields available: Include Agent Name?, Include Agent Designation, Include Company Name, Include Company Website?

If Yes, will draw the values from the information defined in the My Info tab.

Agent Contact Info

 

Fields available: Include Home?, Include Mobile?, Include Business?, Include Pager? Include Fax?, Include Email? Include Website?.

If Yes, will draw the values from the information defined in the My Info tab.

Service Report Colors

 

Fields available: Section Header Color, Divider Color, Primary Font Color, Secondary Font Color.

The color palette pop-up will help you choose colors for your reports. Barring that, you can define your colors as hexadecimal values.
