Service Activity Reports that have been added to Service Report Plans can be edited before the plan has been assigned to a listing or closing.
Note: Service Activity Reports within default plans cannot be edited.
To edit a service report in a plan:
Open the Plans
Manager screen. How?
Click the Personal tab, and then select Service Report Plans from the Show drop-down list.
Click the name of the plan you want to edit.
Click the name of the report you want to edit.
The Edit Service Report form appears. For a complete listing of the fields and functions available on the Add/Edit Service Report form, see its reference topic.
In the Service Report Details section, do the following:
Enter a meaningful Report Name, since it needs to be distinguishable when you view it in the Service Reports Summary screen.
In the Schedule this Report field, define when you want the report scheduled for (with respect to the listing or acceptance date).
Note: In the Service Reports Summary screen, the previous Service Report must be marked done before the next one appears.
Select whether you want the report to be Periodic (i.e. to only contain the activities performed since the last report) or Cumulative (i.e. to contain every activity performed since the creation of the listing/closing).
The Service Report Text is defined by default in your Service Report settings. To modify default text or add new text:
Note: Modifying default text will affect all Service Reports. Adding new text only affects the Service Report you are currently creating. You can add new text that will be applied to all Service Reports in your Service Report settings.
Click the Select comments link.
Modify existing default text by selecting the text from the Body Text drop-down list. Click the Edit link, make your changes, and then click Save.
Add new text by clicking the Add link. Enter the body text and then click Save.
Click the Save Report button.
