The Marketing Data Tab

The Marketing Data tab allows you to view or edit the information you entered for the Report Details fieldset of the Add Service Report form. The default values for marketing data are set on the Listing Service Reports Setup tab.

FIELDS AVAILABLE ON THIS SCREEN
FIELDSET	FIELD	COMMENTS
Market Data	Include Marketing Data	Listing Service reports only. If Yes, the Market Data fields will display.
	Market Data Header	Listing Service reports only. This field provides the title for the Marketing Data section of the service report.
	Market Data Body Text	Listing Service reports only. This field provides the introductory paragraph to your Market Data section. The graphs illustrating market conditions immediately follow this paragraph.
	Market Statistics Date Range	Listing Service reports only. By default, the date range for the statistics is the previous report date (or listing date, or acceptance date) to the current date.
	Graph Details	Listing Service reports only. Available fields: Homes for Sale at Start of Period, Homes for Sale at end of Period, Sold Homes, New Listings, Expired Listings. The numbers submitted will be used to build a colorful graph that helps illustrate the current state of the market in your listing's/closing's area.
	Graph Design	Listing Service reports only. Available designs: 3-D Bar, 2-D Bar, 3-D Pie, 2-D Pie.
