The Service Report Screen

The Service Report screen contains the complete information set that will be included when the service report is published. The screen is accessible from either the listing or closing record's Service Reports tab or from the Service Reports Summary screen.

The following tabs are accessible from within the Service Report screen:

• The Service Report Details Tab

• The Service Activities & Showings Tab

• The Marketing Data Tab (Listing Service Reports only)

• The Service Report Options Tab

Note: You cannot delete service activities from the Service Activities tab of the Service Report screen. To delete activities, go to the Service Activities & Showings tab of the Listing Record screen or the Closing Record screen.
