To change your SmartTargeting login credentials, click on your photo in the top right corner, then in the dropdown menu, click Account Settings. At the top of the page, you have the option to change your login email or your password by simply clicking on the blue Edit button.
Locked out of your account? To reset a forgotten password or to have your confirmation instructions resent to your email, click the “Forgot password?” link located on the SmartTargeting login screen:
If you would like your confirmation instructions resent to you, click the “Forgot password?” link and then select “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?”. You can then enter the email address you used to sign up and click “Resend Instructions” button. The instructions will be sent directly to your email inbox.
