Removing a label from an individual contact can be done in two ways.
From the Contacts page:
1. Select the homeowner name by checking the box next to their name. You will then see a Label As button appear at the top of the page.
2. Click Label As to access the drop down menu of all your custom labels. You can remove a label by simply de-selecting it.
*Note: Selecting Delete will permanently delete the entire label, and remove it from all contacts it was applied to previously.
From the individual contact’s page:
1. Select the contact.
2. You will be brought to the Contact & Activities tab. Scroll down to the Labels section, click Edit. To remove (or add) a label, simply select which you would like to apply.
3. Click Done once finished.
