Bulk Email

To access this feature click on ‘Contacts’ from your left navigation panel.

Once you are on the contacts page, start selecting the contacts from your labels or filters to whom you would like to send the email to. Click on the check box at the top of the list to select ‘All Contacts’ currently shown or select individual contacts from the list by clicking the checkbox on the left side of that particular contact. Once you are finished with selecting your email audience, click on ‘Email.’

You will be redirected to a page where you will see how many valid and unique emails addresses are available for the selected contacts. You will see the same number of email addresses in the “To” field.

However, you can also manually type in an email addresses in the “To” field if you have the data with you. If you add an email address that is not currently in your account, the system will NOT create a new contact for that email address. We recommend adding the contacts with their email addresses first to your contact list before using the bulk email feature. 

Note: The “From” email address will be the one associated with your Smart Targeting account and cannot be changed at this point of time. 

SmartZip Email Templates:

We have included some basic email “Templates” to save you time and effort in creating your own! Select the appropriate one for your audience or draft up your own email to send out. If you select one of the templates, you can still edit the body of the email. 

The homeowner field in the templates will pull the owners name automatically from the contacts first name field. If you have included email addresses that are not associated with a contact in your list, the variable field will just say ‘Hello Homeowner.’ 

Note: Some email templates have editable fields that YOU, the agent, must fill out on your own. Please make sure you read through the email and fill in any of the fields with appropriate information.

Single Send Emails:

At any point of time if you would like to see the emails that you’ve sent previously, visit the Campaigns – Overview and refer to the completed section under which you will find the “Single Send Emails” box. Just click on “View” and you will be able to see the email that you sent previously, the Audience, and Clicked and Opened Metrics.

Things to remember:

  1. You will not be able to edit the “From” email address at this point of time. 

  2. The email signature is pulling the information from your branding preferences. However, you can still edit the information in the signature if you wanted to. 

  3. An email cannot be resent, you will have to create a new email.
