The Add Listing Form

The Add Listing form provides the means of adding new listings to your Top Producer 8i database.

HOW TO FIND THIS SCREEN
FEATURE	ROUTE
Main Menu	From the Main Menu bar, select Listings > Add Listing.
Contacts	From the Properties Summary screen, click the Create Listing icon. From the Property Record screen, select the Create Listing action link. From the Listings/Closings tab in the Contact Record, click Create Listing.
Listings	From the Listings Landing or the Listings Summary screen, select the Add Listing action link.

FIELDS AVAILABLE ON THIS SCREEN
FIELDSET	FIELD	COMMENTS
MLS	MLS Number	Top Connector license required if you plan to use the MLS Lookup feature.
Property	Property Type	Required field. Select the property type from the drop-down list. To add a property type to the drop-down list for future use, click the Add link and specify a value.
	House Style	Select the house style from the drop-down list. To add a house style to the drop-down list for future use, click the Add link and specify a value.
	Street Address	Only the Street Name field is a requirement. All other Street Address values are optional.
Primary Seller	Name	Required field. Click the Name Details link to display the name breakout in editable form, or simply type the name and click the Tab key to display Top Producer 8i's automatic parsing of it.
Primary Seller	Primary Contact Method	The Primary contact method information will be displayed by default whenever the contact is displayed in a summary table with other contacts.
Listing Information	Status	Required field.
	Listing Date	Required field.
	Listing Term	Required field. The default listing term is configurable and set in the Listings & Closings Settings screen.
	Listing Plan	Every Listing plan in your system is available from this list.
