A single listing record can have multiple sellers and multiple listing agents (within team accounts). Within Top Producer 8i these are referred to as "listing parties" and are managed from the Listing Parties tab of the Listing Record.
Note: A property can have only one primary seller. The primary seller is the contact to whom the listing's property record is linked.
To add additional listing party members:
Open the
Listing Parties tab.
How?
Click the Add Listing Party action link.
The Contacts Look-up appears to the right of the Listing Parties table.
In the Contacts Look-up, locate the contact that you want to add as a listing party.
Drag and drop the contact onto the Listing Parties table.
To change listing agents:
Note: This option is only available for team/partnership versions only.
Open the
Listing Parties tab.
How?
Click the Select Listing Agents action link.
From the Select Listing Agents pop-up, select the agents you want associated with the listing or clear the check boxes of any agents you want removed.
Click Save.
The updated selection of listing agents will appear in the Listing Parties table.
To remove listing parties:
Note: You cannot remove the primary seller or the last listing agent.
Open the
Listing Parties tab.
How?
Click the Delete action icon adjacent to the listing party member's name.
Click Yes to confirm.
