Listing parties can be emailed individually or as a group from the Listing Parties tab of the Listing Record.
Note: If you want to include an email template in your mailout (whether for one listing party or multiple), follow the steps in the "To email multiple listing parties at once" section below.
To email an individual listing party:
Open the
Listing Parties tab.
How?
From the Listing Parties table, click the Email action icon adjacent to the contact you want to email.
Compose the email and then click Send Email.
A copy of the message you send will be saved in your Inbox Sent Items folder.
To email multiple listing parties at once:
Open the
Listing Parties tab.
How?
From the Listing Parties table, click the Email All action link.
Compose the email and then click Send Email.
When you send the message, it will be recorded in the listing’s activity history which can be viewed as a completed activity from the Activities tab.
