The Listing Record divides listing information into a series of tabs, each of which can be edited and saved individually.
To edit a property's listing information:
Open the
Listings Summary screen.
How?
Click on the listing's row to open the Listing Record.
Tip: To view multiple listings, select the check boxes beside the listings you want to view, and then click the Mass Open link. Click the <Prev and Next> links at the bottom of the screen to view the selected listings.
Select the tab containing the information you want to change.
Update listing term dates and minimum and maximum prices from the Listing Info tab.
Add or remove listing parties from the Listing Parties tab.
Manage activities from the Activities tab.
Edit detailed information about the property from the Property Details tab.
Change the listing address information from the Property Address tab.
Add or remove photos from the Photos tab.
Add, view, print, modify or delete notes from the Notes tab.
To edit the Property Details, Property Address, or Listing Info tabs, click the tab containing the information you want to change and then click within any field on the screen.
The screen reloads in Edit mode.
Make your edits and click the tab's Save button or press the Enter key on your keyboard.
Tip: You must save any changes before switching tabs or leaving the current screen for any reason. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
