Open the Add Listing form.
How?
If you have a Top Connector license and the listing already exists in your MLS, you can enter the MLS number in the MLS Number field and click Import MLS Data. Property photos will be included in the download by default. If you don't want to include photos, clear the Include photos when importing check box before performing the import.
Note: Photos imported from the MLS do not contain any property merge code values. You will need to classify the photos in the listing record's Photos tab after adding your listing.
Tip: If you have a Top Connector license and the listing already
exists in your MLS, but you don't know the MLS number, click the MLS Number Look-up link to display
the MLS Search screen. Find
the listing you want to use and click the Search
MLS button to load it into the Add
Listing form.
If the property record and/or the primary seller contact information are already in your database, drag this information from the Contact Look-up to the Add Listing form to auto-populate your listing record.
Enter the listing's details. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk(*). For a complete reference to the fields available, see the " Add Listing form" reference topic.
Note: The Listing Address and Primary Seller sections will be used to create a contact record if one does not already exist. If a contact record that matches the name and primary contact method already exists, you'll be prompted to either use the existing contact record or create a new one when you save the listing.
Select a listing plan from the drop-down to ensure that the listing is given the correct exposure.
Once you have added all the required fields, you have two options:
To save the listing and display the Listings Summary screen, click the Add Listing button.
To save the listing and open its listing record click the Save & Add More Details button.
