Main Menu

From the Main Menu bar, select Email > Mass Email.
Calendar

From the Activities Summary screen, click the Email
icon. -
From the Activity Details screen of an Email activity, click the Send action link.
Contacts
-
After performing a search, from the Search Results screen, click the Email action link.
Listings
-
From the Listing Parties tab, click the Email All action link.

From the Closing Parties tab, click the Email All action link.
Marketing

From the Flyers Summary screen, click the Email
icon. -
From the Presentations Summary screen, click the Email
icon. -
From the Email Library screen, click the Create for Contact
icon beside the template you want to send.
