Marketing Links are the complete collection of Internet links, Web site addresses, and system-created links for any presentations and flyers that you have published. You can insert a Marketing Link into any email message.
Tip: Marketing Links for flyers and presentations are created automatically by Top Producer 8i as a part of the publishing process. When a flyer, CMA, HMR or Community Report is published, a category for it is created (if one does not already exist) and a marketing link to that item is created and added into that category.
To insert a Marketing Link into an email:
Open the Compose Email screen or the Mass Email screen.
How?
Place your cursor where you want to insert the marketing link.
Click Insert Marketing Link in the bottom right corner.
Select the Category that contains the Marketing Link you want to insert.
Select the Marketing Link from the drop-down list.
Click the Insert Marketing Link button.
The Marketing Link is inserted at the cursor's position in the email message.
