Attaching a File to an Email Message

You can attach pictures and documents to your email messages. The maximum size for all attachments per email is 5MB.

Important: Your Top Producer 8i Inbox is only active if you have configured your Email settings to use either your @topproducer.com account or another external email account. If you have not done so then the Inbox email application is not relevant to you.

To attach a file:

1. Open the Compose Email screen or the Mass Email screen. How?

   • Compose Email Screen: From the Main Menu bar, go to Email > Compose Email.

   • Mass Email Screen: From the Main Menu bar, go to Email > Mass Email.

2. Click the Browse button in the Attachments area.

3. Browse to the location of the file you want to attach, select it, and click Open.

4. Click Attach file to attach the file.

   The file is attached to the email message.
