The Closing Parties Tab

The Closing Parties tab provides a centralized place from which to contact all of the buyers, sellers, agents and associated contacts involved in the closing of a property. The default distribution list for closing service reports is determined by all of the members of the contacts in the Closing Parties tab and your status as representative within the closing (representing the buyer, seller, or both).

Note that the members of a closing's Closing Parties list determines the possible distribution pool for Closing Service Reports.
