Adding a Note

You can add notes to activities, contacts, referrals, listings or closings.

To add a note:

  1. Open the specific record you want to add a note to. How?triangle.gif

  2. If adding:

  3. In the New Note area, type the body of the note. To select a note from the Notes List, or to add a note for future use, click the Select Note from List link.

  4. Modify the Date and Time, if desired.

  5. When finished, click the Save Note button.
