You can add notes to activities, contacts, referrals, listings or closings.
To add a note:
Open the specific
record you want to add a note to. How?
If adding:
A contact note, click the Summary tab.
A referral/listing/closing note, click the Notes tab.
An activity note, scroll down to the Notes section.
In the New Note area, type the body of the note. To select a note from the Notes List, or to add a note for future use, click the Select Note from List link.
Modify the Date and Time, if desired.
When finished, click the Save Note button.
