Contacts

• From the Properties tab of the Contact Record screen, click the address of the property and then select the Property Address subtab.

Listings

• From the Listing Record screen select the Property Address tab.

• From the Closing Record screen select the Property Address tab.

Type of Property

This field is available from the Contact Record's Property Address tab.

To change a contact's primary property, open the Investment Property that you want to define as their primary property and change this drop-down. The current primary property will automatically change to being an investment property.

Property Type

This field is available only from the Listing Record and Closing Record screen Property Address tab, and is synonymous with MLS property types.

Select the property type from the drop-down list. To add a property type to the drop-down list for future use, click the Add link and specify a value.

House Style

Select the house style from the drop-down list. To add a house style to the drop-down list for future use, click the Add link and specify a value.

Address Fields

Fields available: Street Address, PO Box, City, State/Province, County, Country, Zip/Postal Code.

Make this a mailing address?

Determines whether or not the property record is found when performing a search for mail-outs.
