The Listing Info tab

The Listing Info tab of the Listing Record screen contains all of the property's listing-specific information: MLS number and status, price and commission information, significant dates, etc.

HOW TO FIND THIS SCREEN

Contacts	From the Listings/Closings tab of the Contact Record screen, click the listing's address.
Listings	From the Listing Record screen, click the Listing Info tab. From the Closing Record screen, click the View Linked Listing action link (a linked listing must exist for the link to be present).

FIELDS AVAILABLE ON THIS SCREEN
FIELD	COMMENTS
Status	When a closing record is linked to a listing, the listing will reflect changes made to the closing's status. When the status is changed to Closed/Paid, the listing record is frozen.
Price, Minimum Price, Maximum Price	Only the Price field will be used in any reports or included in website uploads.
Remind me on	A reminder will appear in the My Business portlet.
Days on Market	Calculation includes the current day.
