The Search for Contacts Screen (Email/Mass Email)

The Search for Contacts screen displayed from the Compose Email or Compose Mass Email screen is a simplified version of the main Search for Contacts screen.

HOW TO FIND THIS SCREEN
FEATURE	ROUTE
Listings	From the Listing Parties tab, click the Email All link, then click the To: link.
Closings	From the Closing Parties tab, click the Email All link, then click the To: link.
Marketing	From the Presentations Summary screen or the Flyers Summary screen, click the Email icon of the item you want to send and then click the To: link.
Email	From the Compose Email screen, click the Show CC and Show BCC links, if desired, and then click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons. From the Mass Email screen click the To link.

FIELDS AVAILABLE ON THIS SCREEN
FIELD	COMMENTS
Contact Type	Contact Type selections are joined with AND statements when the search is run, therefore only contact records containing every selected Contact Type will appear as search results.
Last Name, First Name	Used to search for contact records which start with the same letters as the criteria defined.
Company	Used to search for contact records that contain the search criteria anywhere within the Company field.
Email	Used to search for contact records containing the specified criteria anywhere their Email fields. This field can be used to search for any contact with an email address by entering an ampersand (@) in the field.
Street Address, City, State, Zip	Searches all contact properties: primary, investment, and other. Only primary addresses will be displayed in the search results screen. All of a contact's properties are searched collectively during the search, so, for example, if the specified street address matches one property, and the street name or city matches another, the contact will be returned as a match.
Include Unsubscribed Contacts	Refers to contacts who have used the Unsubscribe setting to request removal from your mass email lists.
Search Listing Addresses Only?	Enables you to restrict searches to those contact records which have linked listings. See Using Contact Search Templates.
Include Primary Contact's 'Other' Emails?	Enables you to include all of the email addresses that are entered into a contact's record. By default this option is turned off, so only the contact's primary email address will receive the email.
