Closing parties can be emailed individually or as a group from the Closing Parties tab of the Closing Record.
Note: If you want to include an email template in your mailout (whether for one closing party or multiple), follow the steps in the "To email multiple closing parties at once" section below.
To email an individual closing party:
Open the
Closing Parties tab.
How?
From the Closing Parties table, select the Email icon adjacent to the contact you want to email.
Compose the email and then click Send Email.
A copy of the message you send will be saved in your Inbox Sent Items folder.
To email multiple closing parties at once:
Open the
Closing Parties tab.
How?
From the Closing Parties table, click the Email All action link.
Compose the email and then click Send Email.
When you send the message, it will be recorded in the closing's activity history which can be viewed as a completed activity from the Activities tab.
