To email a presentation (or flyer) to one or more contacts, use the Email functions (such as Mass Email) available from within the Marketing feature. A record of these email actions are saved within the activity history of every recipient's contact record.
If the presentation/flyer has been previously published, you have the alternative of composing a message in the Inbox and inserting the Marketing Link that was automatically created when the presentation/flyer was published. This, however, will not create an entry in the recipient's contact records but will instead appear in your Sent Items folder.
To email a presentation or flyer:
Open the Presentations Summary screen or Flyers Summary screen.
How?
Click the Email icon for the item you want to send.
Tip: You can also email a presentation or flyer from the Presentation Details or View Flyer screen by clicking the Email action link.
From the Mass Email screen, select the email recipients and modify the content of the message, if desired. For more information, see "Composing a Mass Email".
Click the Send Email button.
Note: Mass Email messages are added to an email queue so there may be a slight delay before the message is actually sent.
