Once a presentation has been created for a contact, you can view the details from the Presentation Details screen.
To view a presentation's details:
Open the Presentation Details screen.
How?
From the Presentation Details screen, you can perform the following actions:
Email the presentation by clicking the Email link.
Print the presentation or save it to your computer prior to printing by clicking the Print or Save as link.
Delete a presentation by clicking the Delete Presentation link.
Publish (or Re-publish) the presentation by clicking the Publish as URL Link (or Re-publish) to ensure that the URL your contacts are clicking on always have the most up-to-date information.
View the presentation by clicking the View Presentation link. If you wish to modify the presentation pages (such as edit a page, add or remove pages, update the header/footer graphics or information) refer to the Working with Presentation Templates procedure.
Change the recommended price by clicking the Price calculation link in the top half of the screen.
Add listing comparables (CMA, HMR, Buyer presentations only) by clicking the Add from MLS or Add Manual Comparable links.
Open a listing comparable in the Edit Comparable screen by clicking on its row.
Edit the presentation's charts by clicking the Configure Charts action link and making your changes in the Configure Charts screen.
