Changing the Recommended Price

You can base the recommended price on your recent sales comparables or manually enter a recommended price or price range.

To change the recommended price:

1. Open the presentation you want to modify. How?

   1. From the Main Menu bar, go to Marketing > Presentations.

   2. From the Presentations screen, click the name of the presentation you want to view.

2. Click the Price calculation link on the top half of the screen.

   The Price Calculation in-line appears.

3. From the Select recommended price based on drop-down list:

   • Calculate the recommended price based on your recent sales comparables by selecting a Recent sales option.

   • Manually specify a recommended price by selecting the Manual - price option. Enter the Price in the field below.

   • Manually specify a price range by selecting the Manual - price range option. Type the Low and High price range.

4. Select the Use adjusted sale prices check box to automatically calculate the High, Average, Low or Low-to-High price range values based on the adjusted sale prices. Clear the check box to calculate prices based on the sale prices (without adjustments).

5. Click Save to save your changes.
