Emailing an Existing Presentation

You can email an existing presentation from various places. If you do not need to preview the presentation, you can email it directly from the Presentations Summary screen. Or, if you need to preview the presentation first, you can email it either from the Presentation Details screen or View Presentation screen. The procedure below covers the first scenario only.

To email a presentation from the Presentations summary:

  1. Open the Presentations Summary screen. How?triangle.gif

  2. Click on the Email Presentation  email_icon.jpg action icon for the presentation you want to send.

    Tip: Use the Show drop-down to filter the number the presentations displayed in the table.

    Since a link to the presentation will be embedded in your email message, immediately after clicking the Email icon (and if you have not published the presentation before), the presentation is automatically published to the Web as well as added into your Marketing Link Library.

    The Compose Mass Email screen appears with the report attached as a URL.

  3. Compose the message you want to send.

Note: Once you have emailed a contact a presentation, you can view the sent email message from the Contact Record’s Activities tab by filtering by "Sent Email". The activity description is the subject line of the email message.
