Working with Presentation Templates

Presentation templates are considerably more complex than other Top Producer 8i template types due to their multi-page format and the wide variety of information available on them.

Note: Only personal templates are editable. Create a copy of a default presentation or template if you want to make changes to a Top Producer 8i template.

Common procedures for working with presentation templates:

• Viewing/Accessing a presentation template

• Copying a presentation template

• Editing a presentation template’s name or description.

• Deleting a presentation template.

• Performing a mailout from the template.

• Reordering or adding pages to the template.

• Editing a presentation template's stationery.
