In Top Producer 8i, a presentation is "published" when it is in PDF format and accessible by your contacts from the Web. A published presentation is also added as a Marketing Link in your Marketing Link Library. The Marketing Link can be created automatically when emailing the presentation to a contact, or created manually by selecting the Publish as URL Link from the Presentation Details screen. You can also preview and print a presentation, but the presentation is not considered to be "published" until a link to it exists in the Marketing Link Library.
