Editing a Presentation's Charts

From the Configure Charts screen, you can configure the listing information charts displayed in presentations. The data displayed in the charts is drawn from the listing comparables in your presentation.

To edit a presentation's charts/graphs:

1. Open the Presentations Summary screen. How?

   • From the Main Menu bar, go to Marketing > Presentations.

2. Click the row of the CMA, HMR, or Buyer presentation you want to modify.

3. From the Presentation Details screen, click the Configure Charts action link.

4. From the Configure Charts screen, select the checkboxes for the listing statuses that you want included in the presentation's charts.

   • Click the Save Chart Configuration button to save your changes and return to the Presentation Details screen.

   • Click the Update Preview button to view how your changes will look.

   • Click the Cancel button to discard your changes and return to the Presentation Details screen.
