Top Producer® X CRM: Sending a Text

Sent messages are tracked and will appear to come from your Top Producer® number. Any messages sent to your Top Producer® number will be routed to your mobile phone and tracked.

Tracked texts are available in the contact record under Texts.

  1. To send a text, click the Compose button and select Send Text , or click the Send Text button in the Tabs tab of a contact record.

    Note: Due to legal restrictions, this feature is available to U.S. residents only.

  2. Use the Search to add… field to select a recipient if one isn’t already selected.
  3. Compose your message. Use the Template button to select a merge code or texting template, if desired.
  4. Click Send Text.
