First, complete the quick setup
- Add your personal information, including MLS credentials
- Integrate your email account and add your email signature
- Sync your calendar
- Set up texting (USA only)
- Set up Market Snapshot® (if applicable)
Next, add and organize your contacts and leads
You’re now ready to start building relationships in Top Producer® X CRM! Just follow these best practices:
- If you starting your database from scratch, focus on your past clients and sphere of influence
- Make sure every contact has an address, contact types and status
- Add property insights for your active buyers
- Add tasks to keep track of next steps on your calendar
- Add important dates (birthdays, home anniversary, wedding anniversary, etc.)
- Use your custom tabs and the Follow-up Coach daily so no one slips through the cracks
- Improve your follow up by subscribing your contacts to Market Snapshot reports
- Setup Automated Lead Response with a Lead Response Plan
- Use the Feedback button inside Top Producer® X CRM to suggest improvements!
