Zillow Integration With Top Producer CRM

Top Producer and Zillow have partnered to create a two-way sync for Zillow Premier Agents with Top Producer CRM, allowing you to manage leads on both platforms effortlessly. Changes made in Top Producer will be reflected in Zillow and vice versa, ensuring your leads and contact info remain current.

Follow the steps below to enable the integration with your Top Producer CRM and take advantage of our two-way sync with Zillow. Note: This integration is only available for Zillow Premier Agents.

Establish Integration

1. To establish the integration, login to your Top Producer X account
2. Go to Settings
3. Select the “Zillow Connect” tab
   
4. From there, select the “Set up your Zillow integration” button
5. You will be prompted to enter your Zillow credentials and hit Sign-In
   
6. After logging in to Zillow interface, go to Settings -> App integrations -> Link app and then select Top Producer from the dropdown menu and hit Next
   
7. When connected, the status will show “Enabled” in Top Producer X
   

2-way Sync of Contacts:

1. The following profile information will sync:
   1. First name
   2. Last name
   3. Primary Email
   4. Phone
   5. Primary Address
   6. Contact Source: Zillow
2. Status: Zillow Contact Status will map to Top Producer statuses as shown:
   

*Note: The Zillow contact statuses will only display on contacts that are synced between the two systems.

Synced contacts will show in the Contacts list with the source of Zillow:

3. Notes: Notes will be synced
4. Communications: Communication/email will be synced
5. Reassignment: If a synced contact is reassigned from one agent to another, that contact will be assigned to the new agent assuming both agents are using the Integration.

Disconnect Integration:

If a user wants to disconnect their integration, they can simply return to the Zillow Integration tab under Settings and click the Trash icon.

What’s included in the Initial Sync?

Once the integration is active, a sync will be established for all Zillow leads that have had an inquiry in the past 2 years. As soon as a record is edited, the sync will occur.

What happens to contacts that I have in both Zillow and Top Producer?

Top Producer has a check so duplicate contacts will not be created.

What happens to my non-Zillow leads?

Non-Zillow leads will remain untouched, and information will not sync between Top Producer and Zillow.

Which contacts from my Zillow Leads syncs to Top Producer?

All Zillow leads (this includes direct contacts (profile, direct calls, and direct texts), Market-Based Pricing, and Flex leads, will sync to Top Producer.

If I set up the Zillow two-way sync and change my mind, can I disconnect it later?

Yes. To disconnect, follow the following steps:

• From your Top Producer X account, go to Settings
• Click the Trash icon under the Zillow integration

Will leads be duplicated in Top Producer when both Team Lead and Team Member integrate their accounts?

No, the lead will only be created once, at time of initial sync.
