Top Producer® X CRM: Sending a Market Snapshot® report

Send Market Snapshot® reports to your clients to keep them in the loop on what’s going on in the market. You’ll provide hard-to-find info on the real estate market, including new listing and sold data. First, log in to Top Producer® X CRM.

  1. Click the Compose button and select Send Snapshot , or click the Send Snapshot button in the Snapshots dashboard or the Snapshot Reports tab of a contact record.

  2. Enter Contact details, Address, Buyer preferences, and choose the Snapshot settings.

    Optional: For more detailed options (i.e. Half Bathrooms), click Advanced.

  3. Click Send Market Snapshot.
