Keep track of a contact’s primary and secondary properties by adding them to the contact record.
To add the property, following the steps below.
- Click Add Property in the Properties tab of the contact record.
- Fill in the property details, such as address and purchase date.
- Click Save Property to save the property to the contact record.
Once saved, properties will be viewable under the Properties tab of the contact record. Click the Edit icon to make changes to the property, the Delete icon to delete the property, or the Add transaction icon to create a transaction.
To set a secondary property as the primary, click the Mark as primary property icon . Primary properties cannot be deleted.
