The Office 365 integration allows you to seamlessly manage your contacts! With just the click of a button, you can send all of your Office 365 contacts to Top Producer CRM, and automatic updates ensure changes you make in Office 365 are updated in Top Producer CRM too.
And to keep on top of all of your appointments, you can add your Top Producer CRM calendar to your Office 365 calendar! All you have to do is grab the link from the Settings area and add it to your calendar program.
Setting up the Office 365 integration couldn’t be easier. Just go to the Integrations tab in Top Producer CRM to get started, and if you need help, we’ve got you covered with this article.
Note:If you’re using Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013, you won’t use this integration. You’ll want to use Outlook Sync instead to sync your contacts, calendar and email. (And if you don’t know what Outlook version you’re using, just check out this FAQ.)
