Defining Service Report Settings

Both the listing and the closing features contain service reports that inform the seller or buyer of all the activities you have performed in order to sell their home or close the sale.

Use the Service Report settings to define the service report details. More Info:

To define your service report settings:

1. Open the Listing Service Reports subtab or the Closing Service Reports subtab. How?

   1. From the [User name] menu in the top right, select Settings. Example:

      

   2. Click the Listings & Closings tab.

   3. Click either the Listing Service Reports subtab or the Closing Service Reports subtab.

2. Click the Edit Service Report Settings action link or click in any field to switch the form into Edit mode.

3. Make your updates. You can preview your changes by clicking the Preview Sample button.

   Note: For field-by-field descriptions, see the Listing Service Reports subtab and the Closing Service Reports subtab reference topics.

4. Click the Save Service Report Settings button when you are satisfied with your changes.

Note: The Reset to 8i Defaults button resets all values to their defaults with the exception of the Service Report Text's Services Performed and Summary Remarks sections.
