The Service Report Plans feature enables you to set up and organize service reports into a plan so that it can be easily applied to a listing or closing for either publishing to the customer's web page or for sending as a marketing link in an email message. In addition to the content within the service reports, any completed scheduled listing or closing service activities can be included in the listing or closing service report prior to publishing or emailing out.
Two varieties of service reports are available: cumulative and periodic. Cumulative reports include every activity performed for the listing/closing since its creation. Periodic reports include every activity performed for the listing/closing since the last report was generated.
Service reports are created in three steps:
The report is scheduled or "added" to the listing or closing.
The report is automatically generated at its scheduled time and added to the Service Reports screen.
The report is published and a link to it is sent to the clients.
