The My Account area of Top Producer 8i centralizes the settings for defining your agent, assistant, and team/partnership information. The My Account area handles profile information, photos, and team/partnership information and management. In addition, your current Top Producer 8i licensing is summarized in the My Account header, and you can access the Top Producer Account Manager to view your current billing information.
When using the team or partnership version of Top Producer 8i, you can create accounts for your partner or team members so their involvement can be tracked and activities, leads, and listings can be assigned to them. You can also add your team logos and name, which can later be merged into outgoing correspondence.
Note: Depending on the details of your license and your position within your team/partnership, you may not be able to see every function referred to in this section. If you are the account owner, you can administer and manage the agents and assistants within your team or partnership account.
