Configuring Your Customer Web Page

The Customer Web Page Setup subtab enables you to define the necessary information you would like to appear in your Customer Web Pages. In particular, the setup screen allows you to do the following:

To add and remove photos:

  1. Open the Customer Web Page Setup subtab. How?triangle.gif

  2. From the Photos section, you can add and remove photos. The photo functions behave exactly as they do from the Photos tab. See " Adding and Removing Photos" for more information.

Note: To see the Add Photo action link, you must switch to edit mode by clicking the Edit Customer Web Page action link. When adding photos to a Customer Web Page, you are restricted to adding one agent/team photo and one company/team logo.

To define your web page settings:

  1. Open the Customer Web Page Setup subtab. How?triangle.gif

  2. From the Settings section, click within any field to load the screen in Edit mode.

  3. If have a Top Producer Websites subscription, select the matching radio button and enter your Domain Name.

  4. Use the Include cash expenses? and Include showing agent names? radio buttons to select whether you want cash expenses and the showing agent name to appear.

  5. Click the Save Customer Web Page button.

To define your customer web page text:

Note: This feature is concealed when you have defined the existence of a Top Producer Websites subscription.

  1. Open the Customer Web Page Setup subtab. How?triangle.gif

  2. From the Customer Web Page Text section, click within any field to load the screen in Edit mode.

  3. Use the fields to define boilerplate text used for the Customer Web Page Sign In page and heading/introductory paragraphs.

  4. Click the Save Customer Web Page button.
